Acceptance of Terms

Your Account

Products and Customization
Our products are custom made to your specifications. Colors, sizes and designs shown on screen are previews and slight variations may occur in the finished product. You are responsible for the accuracy of the personalization details (names, numbers, logos and artwork) you submit, and for ensuring you own or hold the rights to any uploaded content.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in the displayed currency and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through our payment partners (Stripe, PayPal and Klarna). You agree to pay all charges incurred by your account at the prices in effect when the charges are incurred, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
Orders and Cancellations
Because items are personalized, production begins shortly after your order is submitted. Cancellation and refund terms are described in our Return & Refund Policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to upload content that infringes the rights of others, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the site. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of this agreement.
Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Custom Jersey Shop is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
