Artwork
Yes. You can upload your own logo or emblem on most apparel. Use the "Add a Logo" option on the customizer to upload your logo and choose its position. Please make sure you own the rights to any logo you upload.
Yes — you can customise that for you. Place your order and leave the team-name field blank, then send us your logo so our designers can complete the front customisation.
Yes. Tell us your idea and we'll happily send you a free mock-up of your design before you commit.
Our mock-ups are a close digital preview. Slight variations in color, placement and scale can occur in the finished product as each item is custom made by hand.
Your designs are kept confidential and are only used to produce your order. You are responsible for ensuring you own or have the rights to any artwork or logo you submit.
Discount
Yes. Sign up to our newsletter for exclusive newcomer discounts, and check our promotions for current offers. Bulk orders also qualify for special pricing.
Yes. We offer competitive bulk pricing through our Bulk Ordering Program. Email us at support@customjerseyshop.com for a quote.
General Questions
Choose your product, click "Customize", select your colors and personalization (name, number, logo), choose your size, add to cart and check out. You'll receive an order confirmation by email.
Yes. We use premium fabrics and durable embroidery and sublimation processes, and every item passes a quality inspection before it ships.
Yes. Simply leave the name and number fields blank when customising your jersey.
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, email support@customjerseyshop.com with your order details and we'll resend your confirmation.
Orders
Use our Track Your Order page and enter your tracking or order number. Allow 24–48 hours after your shipping confirmation email for tracking to update.
Contact us as soon as possible at support@customjerseyshop.com. We can update your order only if it has not yet entered production, as personalized items begin production right after submission.
Check your tracking first. If it shows delivered but you don't have it, or if it's stalled, email us with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
Large or multi-item orders sometimes ship in separate boxes. Please allow a couple of days for the rest to arrive; if anything is still missing, contact support right away.
Payment Information
We accept Stripe, PayPal and Klarna. See our Payment Method page for full details.
We only receive the product price. Any difference is typically a bank or currency-conversion fee charged by your bank for cross-border transactions.
Email support@customjerseyshop.com with both transaction details and we'll verify and refund the duplicate payment.
Privacy & Security

Return & Cancellation
You can cancel before production begins. Once an order is in production, a $20 restocking fee per item applies. See our Return & Refund Policy.
Because items are personalized, returns apply to defective or incorrect items. Notify us within 15 days of receiving your order. Full details on our Return & Refund Policy page.
Refunds are issued within 1–2 days of receiving your item. It may then take 7–10 business days for funds to appear, plus an additional billing cycle on your statement.
Email us with your order number and clear photos of the issue within 15 days. We'll reproduce the item or issue a refund.
Shipping & Production
We offer Free Standard Shipping (8–10 business days) in the continental U.S., plus expedited options. See our Shipping & Delivery page.
Typically 7–9 business days, as each item is custom made. Expedited shipping speeds delivery but does not shorten production.
Yes, we ship internationally via UPS / DHL / FedEx / TNT / USPS. Shipping costs vary by destination and customs taxes may apply.
Contact us immediately. We can update the address only before the order ships. Note: PayPal orders ship to your PayPal address.
Holidays, customs clearance, weather and re-made items (which must pass quality inspection again) can all affect delivery times.
Sizes
Please check our Size Chart and measure against a garment you already own. Custom-made jerseys cannot be returned for sizing, so choose carefully.
As custom-made items are produced to your exact specifications, please double-check your size selection before ordering.
