What qualifies as a bulk order?
Generally speaking, our bulk orders start at 100 items. If your order is below 100, let us know and we can see if we can still fulfil your order.
Which products are eligible for a bulk discount?
All products on our website are eligible for a bulk order discount. If there is a color that you want to add to the list, let us know and we can review it together.
Do you offer samples?
Please note that in most cases we do not offer samples.
Can I bulk order items that I didn't find online?
Please contact us and tell us what your idea is. We would be happy to send you a free mock-up of your design and a modest price quote based on exactly what you want.

Shipping
For bulk orders, due to the embroidery and dye sublimation processes, there will be an additional 7–9 business days added to the date provided in your auto-generated order confirmation. Additionally, for expedited production, there will be a surcharge of 10%.
What shipping options do you offer for bulk orders, and how long do they take to arrive?
We maintain long-term partnerships with global logistics companies for bulk orders. We offer shipping options, such as DHL, ensuring a delivery time frame of 3–5 business days.
Payment
We accept payment through PayPal, Klarna and credit cards — the well-known, trusted and secure ways to make payments over the internet.
Why do you charge my card more than the price of your product?
We only receive the product price. The extra money may be charged by the bank as the bank fee. There is a difference between the actual charge and transaction amount, and the proportion will be depending on the bank.
Returns
Can I return all or part of my bulk order?
Our personalized jerseys cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for more detail, or contact our customer service for return.
What if I received a defective product?
We happily exchange all items that are defective due to a manufacturing error with another non-defective product or a full refund. There are several things to keep in mind when exchanging a defective product.
