Can I opt out of adding a number?
Yes. Numbers are optional — leave the number fields blank and choose the "Blank" material option if you want a name-only or fully blank piece.
What's the maximum character limit for custom info? Can I exceed it?
Names are typically up to 16 characters and numbers up to 3 digits. Need more? Mention it in your design notes and our team will confirm what fits cleanly on the garment.
Can I add text to the sleeves?
Absolutely — sleeve text and logos are available on sleeved garments. Add the placement in your notes or pick the sleeve location in the customizer.
Can I replace the team name with a logo?
Yes. Upload your logo and tell us to use it in place of the team name; we'll size and position it for the best result.
Can I place the logo at the back where the number is?
Yes, a back logo is possible. If it overlaps the number area, we'll adjust placement on the mock-up so everything stays balanced.
Can I add multiple logos to the clothing?
Yes — add as many logos as you need. Each logo/location is priced individually and shown clearly before checkout.
Can I choose different positions for the logos?
Definitely. Choose chest, sleeve, back-neck, leg and more, and assign a different logo to each position.
Can short-sleeve styles like soccer/T-shirts be changed to long sleeves?
Many styles offer a long-sleeve option. Tell us in your request and we'll confirm availability for that specific product.
Can I put a baseball design on a soccer shirt?
Yes — share the design you like and the product you want it on, and our designers will adapt the artwork to fit.
Is there a default size for the logo? Can I customize the logo size?
We use a balanced default size, but you can request a specific size in your notes and we'll match it on the proof.
Can the number start with 0?
Yes, numbers can start with 0 (e.g. 00 or 07).
Can I change the color of the trim?
Yes — trim, collar and cuff colors are customizable. Specify the exact shade in your design notes.
Can I use my own font, choose a custom clothing color, or provide a custom design?
Yes to all three. Send your preferred font, color (or color code) and any artwork, and we'll build the mock-up around it.
Can I change the stripe color on football/hockey jerseys?
Yes, stripe colors can be adjusted. Note the placement and color and we'll reflect it on your proof.

Any applicable taxes are shown transparently at checkout. There are no surprise fees added later.
When can I expect delivery?
Receiving time = production time (about 7–9 business days, as each piece is handcrafted) plus shipping time. Rush options are available on request.
