What qualifies as a bulk order?
Generally, bulk orders start at around 100 pieces. If your order is below that, reach out — we can often still help you out.
Which products are eligible for a bulk discount?
All products on our website are eligible. If there's a color you want added to the list, let us know and we can usually resolve it together.
Do you offer samples?
We do offer samples — please note this in your inquiry and our team will walk you through the options.
Can I bulk order items I didn't find online?
Yes. Contact us and tell us what your idea is. We'd be happy to send a free mock-up of your design and a modest price quote.
What is the turnaround time on bulk orders?
Because each piece is embroidered or dye-sublimated, there's an additional 7–9 business days added to the date provided in your auto-generated order confirmation. Expedited production is available for a surcharge.
What shipping options do you offer for bulk orders?
We partner with global carriers like DHL to ensure a reliable delivery time frame of roughly 3–5 business days after production.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Klarna and major credit cards — all well-known, trusted and secure ways to pay over the internet.
Why do you charge my card more than the product price?
We only charge the product price. Any small difference can be an exchange/cross-border fee charged by your bank, not by us.
Can I return all or part of my bulk order?
Personalized pieces can't be returned unless they're defective or damaged. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns policy, or contact customer service.
What if I received a defective product?
We happily exchange items that are defective due to a manufacturing error. Report defective items within 10 days of delivery so we can make it right.
