How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at customer@customjerseyshop.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you the return instructions within 2 business days.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Defective or Incorrect Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

• Items returned after 30 days of receipt
• Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging
• All original tags and packaging are intact and undamaged

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, a full refund will be issued instead.
